Training Team Leader CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced Training Team Leader with excellent knowledge and understanding of Training and Development in the workplace.We are a privately owned business that genuinely believes that our people are of prime importance to our success.

Our National Training Team Leader plays an essential role in ensuring our employees are well-trained to meet all current and future challenges.Reporting to the National HSE and Training Manager, you will lead a small team to deliver training and development support to 24 branches spread across Australia.
Ideally, you are personable, hands-on, and comfortable supporting the day-to-day operations and activities.The key responsibilities of this role include: Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of Training for CJD Equipment.Identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.Monitoring and evaluating the training program's effectiveness, and success.Reviewing our training systems.Travelling to our branches to provide support to our teams on the frontline where and when necessary.Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.Optimizing training processes for efficiency.Selecting and managing resources, including collaborating with colleagues and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
The successful applicant will have: Extensive training knowledge and experience.Excellent Leadership skills.Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.Experience working in an OEM training environment.Good computer and database skills.Ability to work successfully in a team.Strong problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills.Commitment to providing quality customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A strategic mindset, delivering solutions for the here and now, and for our future.
