Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training) Come and join the journey with ALPA and play a key role in the leadership of ALPA's RTO, leading a dedicated team of trainers to create a difference in our remote learners lives. You will support the facilitation of high-quality training and assessment services in remote communities by using your exceptional communication skills to empower your Trainers, upholding quality management standards across all training operations and related activities.These are the amazing courses we do - Over 1,800 remote learners have completed apprenticeships or qualifications through ALPA. This dedication to quality training outcomes saw ALPA recognised as runner-up as Small Training Provider of the Year in the 2023 NT Training Awards. ALPA was also recognised as NT Large Employer of the Year in 2015 and 2016 and placed in the top three in the same category at the following two National Awards.
