About Cadia
Our Cadia Valley Operation in New South Wales is situated about 25 kilometers from Orange and 250 kilometers west of Sydney. Cadia produces gold doré bars from a gravity circuit and gold-rich copper concentrates from a flotation circuit. The operation includes the Cadia East Mine which is globally renowned for its use of block caving, a large-scale underground mining method.

Who we're looking for Reporting to the Superintendent - Training & Systems, the Training Support Officer will support the development of learning programs, capability framework data and courseware information within the Learning Management System (LMS). With your outstanding customer service and administrative skills, you will manage requests, enrolment of learners, training programs, content and information to support the Learning Management System.
Key responsibilities: Constructs curriculum and learning program structures within the Learning Management System (LMS). Participates in the creation, documentation, and training of LMS system standards, policies, and procedures. Provides help and support to additional system administrators and end users. Supports the building and scheduling of instructor-led offerings within the LMS. Helps explore available LMS solutions and supports a migration if required. Working with and establishing effective relationships with key operational stakeholders, to identify and prioritise specific auditing and evaluation requirements for the site. Monitoring the shared training inbox. Facilitating and implementing audit programs including the implementation of site-based components, and liaison with other parties on external components. Analysing the outcomes of audits and assessments to identify key control issues and improvement opportunities. Collating and producing monthly reports to the Training and Systems Superintendent, based on the aggregate body of evidence coming from individual audits, assessments, and reviews.
