Epiroc Australia is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator who is ready to own their scope and join our national training team in Perth .
As a Training Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the Epiroc Parts and Service team.
Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below: Performs with a high level of flexibility and professionalism to provide customer support for scheduling, planning, and coordinating of internal and external training events. Support the team by providing all logistical coordination for flights, accommodation, inductions, freight, and uniforms. Coordination of Trainers to support training, including management of all mobilisation requirements for conducting training at various national locations. Creation of training proposals and quoting Administration of participant attendance and feedback registers for scheduled bookings that requirements. Opening/closing and invoicing Service Orders in SAP. Organising catering and special requirements for training. Raising training-related purchase orders. Entering additional expenses against service orders. Ordering and managing stock holding of training giveaways and merchandise. Updating training monthly forecast sheet. Managing shared mailbox. Organising internal team Travel logistics and associated bookings. Ordering of stationery and PPE.
