Training Support Assistant

The Research Society is the leading association for insights professionals in Australia. The industry is transforming and growing rapidly and we aim to support this growth by providing training, professional accreditation, thought leadership and advocacy to and on behalf of the industry.
We are currently looking for a Training Support Assistant to allow us to continue growing our Training Activities and deliver amazing learning experiences.
This is a part-time role (approximately 24 to 30 hours per week, 4 to 5 days per week, in business hours), and ideally based in Brisbane, but could be in Sydney or Remote/Work from Home, but must be based in Australia.
About you We are looking for an all-rounder with strong skills in a number of areas – you will have:
An undergraduate degree (or higher) or you may be working towards oneGood digital and tech skills in a range of tools/packages, and the ability to rapidly learn new toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA strong focus on results and getting things doneAn extremely high level of attention to detailGreat organisational and administrative skillsStrong work ethic and a flexible and collaborative approach to workThe ability to work alone and as part of a team.Skills and experience You will need: Excellent written communication skills - including being able to edit and enhance existing content, and write engaging and succinct content for business audiencesHigh level skills in the use of products in the Microsoft Office suiteStrong interpersonal communication skillsExperience using event booking and registration systemsExperience and skills in customer serviceExperience in a variety of processes related to training, including course registrations and payments, participant communications, course evaluations and similar.Advanced skills in the administration and use of online meeting and webinar platforms, such as Zoom, Teams etcExperience of updating web sites, including using a CMSExperience assisting with the production and development of training materials, for online, self-paced and live training sessionsVideo editing skillsGraphic design skillsExperience in the use and administration of Learning Management SystemsAdditional skills or experience that would be well-regarded Experience using course authoring platforms, such as Articulate360Experience using an Association Membership platform e.g. MembesExperience developing content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook)Familiarity with HTML and CSS.Want to Apply?
