Develop and deliver training programs based on culture, leadership enhancement, and safety initiatives.
19th December, 2024Breight Group is locally-owned and operated, providing Access and Mechanical services to our Clients within the resources sector.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Training Specialist to support the growing needs of our business.
Based in our Rivervale office, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
Develop training programs based on leadership development and safety initiatives.Manage the operations of training programs, ensuring timeliness and quality across all activities.Develop and maintain training and assessment strategies and learning resources.Drive continuous improvement and ensure accurate data management in Learning Management Systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to meet training delivery objectives.Monitor student assessments, attendance, and results, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.ABOUT YOU:You are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a background in vocational education and training within the resource industry.
To be considered for this role you may have:
A Certificate IV TAE40116 in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).Ability to travel interstate/to sites as and when required to meet business needs.Ability to work under pressure and multitask.Excellent project management, collaboration, and networking skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously.A natural collaborator and influencer who builds trust across all levels of the organisation.Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Resilient and driven, with a passion for inspiring and empowering others.A champion of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.If the above descriptors sound like you, we encourage you to apply using the 'Apply for this job' button to be part of our Breight-er future.
