About the role In partnership with Ocado we are in the process of delivering a brand new, state-of-the-art customer fulfilment centre in VIC. Harnessing the latest technology, this site will offer a wider range to our customers and a safer environment for our staff.
As this site ramps up, we have opportunities for 4 experienced Training Specialists to join the team on 12 month full time contracts, this is a night coverage role.
What you'll be doingIn partnership with the Training Manager and the site training team, you will support with the implementation of a detailed ramp training plan, ensuring all team members are empowered through a combination of mandatory and optional task training programs.
These new roles will take a lead in the delivery of training and assessment to our operations team members and our drivers across three shift patterns (AM, PM and night shift) throughout the ramp period and into the new year.

it is essential you have:
A certificate IV in workplace training and assessment is essentialExperience with delivering and assessing training is essentialA strong background and experience ideally in Supply Chain, Retail and / or Driver training (C or MR class)Demonstrated experience in delivering training and assessing to a broad audience with different learning abilities It will be highly regarded if you have:
