Your leadership will play a key role in delivering high-quality education programs to diverse student populations—many of whom face unique challenges.

This is a truly exciting time to join our team as we roll out an invigorated service, setting new standards for community education.About the RoleLocated at our Head Office in Elermore Vale, the Training Services Manager will have the opportunity to lead and shape the future of our RTO.
In this role, you will:Drive growth and improvement by leading the RTO's vision and implementing initiatives that elevate both service delivery and educational outcomes.Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including ASQA, the VET Quality Framework, and relevant funding requirements.Identify and secure new business and partnership opportunities to expand Atwea College's impact as a Training Services Provider.Mentor and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, professional development, and support.Oversee day-to-day operations, managing resources effectively and maintaining financial accountability.About YouYou are a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the VET sector and a genuine passion for making education accessible and impactful.
You are aligned with our values and have:A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of managing RTO teams.A Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (TAE) and a relevant tertiary qualification (Adult Education, Management, or Business).Strong knowledge of ASQA, compliance frameworks, and funding packages within the education sector.A leadership style that prioritises collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement.At Atwea College, we're not just looking for someone who ticks all the boxes—we believe attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to professional growth are just as important.
