At HUB24, we believe in the value of advice and by collaborating with the industry and leveraging our technology and data expertise, we're helping to solve key challenges to enable the delivery of accessible financial advice and empower better financial futures for more Australians.Our solutions include Australia's best platform HUB24, leading SMSF software Class, and myprosperity's innovative client portal technology.HUB24 Limited is a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: HUB)The roleDue to an internal promotion we have an exciting position that has opened up in our Sales and Distribution team.The role of the HUB24 Training and Relationship Manager (TRM) is responsible for servicing existing and newly won client's training development needs on a day-to-day basis and providing a support function to adviser practices through all levels of their business.Although the primary relationship rests with the HUB24 Business Development Manager (BDM), the (TRM) works collaboratively to support the principals, advisers and support staff of HUB24 clients.Ongoing administrative and service queries will be addressed by the HUB24 Client Service Team.This role is located in Sydney.Key responsibilities:The training and development of HUB24 clients.Promote the products, features and benefits of the HUB24 solution to existing advisers to assist in the growth of the HUB24 business and its distribution support base.Collaborate, build and refine training programs with other TRM's to ensure best practice behaviours and methods are delivered to the broadest range of advisers who work with HUB24.Work with other teams within the business to ensure consistent and high-quality training material and programs are delivered.Be jointly accountable for the state and regional budget and work with the BDM's and State Manager to grow new sales and strengthen relationships with clients.Proactively monitor and accelerate business through the sales pipeline.Provide input to BDM's on new business development opportunities that are identified within adviser practices.Key requirements:3-5 years of experience in the platforms and financial services industry with a deep understanding of platform functionality.Excellent face-to-face and phone customer service skills.Professional presentation abilities and strong verbal/written communication.Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills.Capable of working autonomously while enjoying team collaboration.Innovative problem-solver with strong business acumen.High technology competency, including financial planning software and CRM systems.At HUB we pride ourselves on creating possibilities for our clients, but also for ourselves.
