RuralBiz Training is a niche RTO servicing rural and remote people with online training in Agriculture and associated industries. We are passionate about the agricultural industry and offer quality training in interactive online mode and traditional face-to-face workshops.
We are currently recruiting for a Training Quality Manager who will be based in our administration office in Dubbo, NSW where you'll be part of a supportive team that values innovation, quality education and a positive work culture.
In this role you will:
Maintain and improve our online learning management system and any other tools used in our training activities. Perform a range of quality and compliance administrative functions within our training content and materials. Act as the point of contact for learning queries related to the Learning Management System from internal and external customers and service providers. Provide general RTO administrative tasks in support of the CEO and Training Manager. Identify opportunities for improvement and act responsively to implement agreed improvements. Build and maintain networks for ongoing promotion of RuralBiz Training. Work as part of the team to enhance our student outcomes and experiences. Develop an understanding of the compliance framework and how it applies to this role. Minimum Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. Effective literacy skills and good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite and online learning platforms. Ability to meet timelines, manage own workload and effectively deal with competing and changing priorities. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team. Ability to learn new processes and systems/applications quickly. Ability to select and apply appropriate communication and interpersonal skills when required. Experience with Moodle or other online learning platforms. Hold or be willing to obtain the qualification TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or similar). Knowledge of the VET system and/or Agriculture is desirable.
