About the OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Program Support Officer to a join our Project Management Training team based in South Australia.
Reporting to the Project Management Training Program Advisor, you will act as a supporting role to assist with the management of the Annual Project Management Training Schedule, including cohort management to ensure we provide the most effective project management training using both internal and external facilitators and vendors.

Key responsibilities include: Coordinate training participants including training cohort management.
Prepare training materials for course deliveries.
Ensure training programs are appropriately planned for.
Support the set up and operation of virtual training programs.
Manage the training calendar and schedule.
Support the PM Training Advisor with ad hoc training administration duties.
Establish training offerings in Oracle and Spark (training platform) Run metrics related data Support the set up and bump out for face-to-face training programs including venue hire.
Collaborate effectively within the Training Team and PM Function stakeholders.
Assist with the maintenance of the Capability Development area on TeamSpace & @Work (internal platform) using SharePoint.
Independently work with and influence key stakeholders across all levels of the business, as well as external vendors.
Developing and maintain positive relationships with internal, external and customer stakeholders.
About YOU Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent Strong administration and communication skills Sound stakeholder management and organisational skills Ability to contribute to continuous improvement Computer literacy, with intermediate knowledge of full MS Suite Prior experience in the use of SharePoint would be advantageous Ability to use multiple systems to manage events Details orientated with a systems think approach We believe in hiring for potential, we know that some candidates hesitate if they don't tick all the boxes.
