About the role The Training Program Manager will develop and maintain market leading training programs for Fivecast customers to ensure they become expert users of our range of software platforms.
This person will be accountable for creating and maintaining global customer training across all Fivecast products.
The role will create and maintain multi-modular, blended learning programs, oversee user accreditation, and report on all global training operations.
The Training Program Manager will manage our two Training Specialists and ensure they deliver the training to thousands of global users of our software platforms.
Responsibilities Training Program Design Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs including self-paced, instructor-led, virtual and in-person delivery.
Develop and maintain facilitator guides, participant workbooks, Power Point presentation materials, web-based modules, and pre and post exercises and projects by utilizing a blended learning approach.
Develop and maintain systems for course registration/enrolment, accreditation, tracking and performance feedback.
Build and manage industry leading certification within our training programs.
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and utilize data to revise or recommend updates in instructional objectives and methods.
Ensure ongoing evaluation of our current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
Manage Training Delivery Manage the delivery of training, including the administrative logistics, documenting the training programs, and ensuring we are reaching all software users.
Measure and monitor client training participation and achievement of key performance indicators, reporting both internally and externally to clients and leadership.
Coach and train our training specialists to use adult learning theory and learning science to deliver a high-quality, standardised learning experience to our global customers.
Customer Success Develop customer onboarding programs and material including facilitator guides, Power Point presentation materials & participant leave-behinds.
Configure the CRM to embed the onboarding process.
Track customer success OKRs and metrics across CRM dashboards.
Review usage statistics & report customer health to account executive & sales leadership.
Conduct in-tool customer success programs including banners & notifications for new Intel Hub content, COI events, training events, webinars, new release notes etc.
Cross team collaboration Work closely with our Tradecraft teams globally to develop a strong understanding of how our products are used by our customers.
Work closely with our Product Managers to ensure curricula is updated alongside the product roadmaps, new features and releases, and changes to the user manual.
Work alongside our UX Design team to develop training elements congruent with the user experience and our design process.
Requirements Australian citizen, based in Adelaide Australia.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Learning Design, Communications, Education, Language Studies or similar.
5+ years' of experience in learning design, creating technical training content, learning & development, ideally within either a university or computer software company.
Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training content within various Learning Management Systems (LMS), utilising multiple formats and delivery systems (e.g.
video editing, audio recording, x API, SCORM, Microsoft suite, Docebo).
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, principles of learning experience design, design frameworks and evaluation rubrics.
Excellent organisational skills, project management, and a process-driven mindset.
Ability to digest complex technical information and transform that into clear learning objectives, programs, and content.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, being able to ensure the right teams are up to date on your work progress and timelines.
Proactive with the ability to be self-motivated and work with a high level of autonomy.
Desirable criteria Experience in the training and development function with intelligence, law enforcement, or other agency sectors with an intelligence analysis or assessment function.
Experience in training of Saa S platforms.
