The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is a member-based organisation that strives to set, maintain and promote high-quality professional standards for Rural and Remote Medicine. This will help to ensure that rural and remote communities have access to safe and accessible health care.
The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) Queensland Team is growing as ACRRM continues to build their teams in each state and territory across Australia and are now recruiting a Training Program Advisor to join the team based in Rockhampton.
Are you someone who is full of energy and self-motivated? ACRRM has an exciting opportunity for you to become a part of our team! We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for the case management of registrars and their training posts through all aspects of their training and through the provision of advice and guidance through accreditation and in-practice delivery of training and supervision, ensuring that you are the point of contact for Fellowship progression.

Your duties will include: Provision of training support services to registrars, supervisors, and training posts across an allocated region. Ensure training documentation and data is updated and accurate to monitor and coordinate the training progress of registrars. Work with the team to coordinate and manage registrar placement activity. Promote and support registrar wellbeing. Support events, education, and networking activities. Regional and Remote travel and out of hours work may be required. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to: Be self-motivated and proactive in driving work outcomes and dependability by following work through to completion. Manage complex and competing priorities. Work in a multidisciplinary team. Communicate respectfully and professionally and develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure work and information management is maintained and accurate. Engage in self-directed learning and development.
