MBCM Strata Specialists is seeking a driven and experienced Strata Training Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of our industry-leading training programs.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our training and support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational content to our team.
What you'll be doing Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, from curriculum design to session delivery, evaluation and onboardingCollaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative course materialsOversee the scheduling and facilitation of training sessions, both in-person and onlineMonitor training metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvementProvide guidance and support to franchisees, fostering a culture of excellenceLiaise with key stakeholders to understand evolving training needs and industry trendsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standardsWhat we're looking for Extensive experience (5+ years) in a training, operations or learning & development role (You don't need to have experience within the Owners Corporation/Strata Management or Franchise industry, but it is a bonus if you do)Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectivelyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiencesDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective training programsFamiliarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologiesRelevant tertiary qualifications in a related field are highly desirableWhat we offer At MBCM Strata Specialists, we are committed to providing our team with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
