The Amana Living Training Institute (ALTI) is an established and successful Registered Training Organisation, delivering care related education and qualifications to our people, other individuals and businesses across the wider human services sector.
About the Role As a Training Officer, you will:
Deliver face-to-face training sessions to internal and external clients.Conduct assessments, provide timely and constructive feedback, and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.Tailor and deliver accredited qualifications (Certificate III and IV) and non-accredited courses to meet learner and industry needs.Monitor and support learners in workplace settings, offering feedback to enhance their performance.Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with the "Standards for RTOs 2015" and organisational policies.Collaborate on the development of training and assessment strategies to drive continuous improvement.Key Skills and Competencies We are looking for candidates with:
Extensive experience in aged care, disability, community services, or health sectors.In-depth knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and best practices in training delivery.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to provide clear feedback.Exceptional organisational and time management capabilities.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.Essential Qualifications and Requirements Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).Western Australian C Class Driver's LicenceCurrent National Police Clearance or NDIS Worker's Screening Check (no older than 6 months)Proof of influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations in line with Amana Living policiesWorking with Children Check (WWC)At least 3 years' experience working as a therapy assistant or an allied health professional in aged care and/or disability and/or healthcare environment.Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checksWhy Choose Amana Living?
