Training Officer Information Technology

Key Responsibilities: Laptop and Software Rollout: Assist in deploying laptops, Teams telephony, and Office 365.
Training Needs Assessment: Interpret and act on training needs assessments to identify and address learning requirements.
Gap Identification: Identify training gaps and design effective programs to address them.
Qualifications and Experience: Experience with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and hardware rollouts.
Strong skills in creating and delivering training programs.
Ability to quickly understand and act on training needs assessments.
