One of the world's largest freight & transportation services is now seeking a highly passionate Training Officer to join their team. This role requires someone who is dedicated to learning and developing WHS practices.
Your new role:
Lead the delivery of all required operations training and assessment to ensure business compliance. Develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality instructional materials, guides, and learning materials. Develop, maintain, and manage relevant skills matrix to monitor training needs and address learning gaps, including maintenance of required documentation and training records. Support the onboarding & induction process by working closely with managers to provide role-specific system and process training to new employees in accordance with timelines. Deliver learning initiatives that align with capability frameworks and support talent development and succession planning. Conduct training needs analysis and evaluation through consultation with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process efficiency and/or quality improvement. About You! A minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. 3 - 5 years experience in a training and/or learning & development position or similar. Experience within a 3PL/4PL environment or Logistics industry highly advantageous. Prior experience in delivering end-to-end projects in a learning & development and/or training field. Capability to understand detailed logistics operations processes. Good awareness of and exposure to WH&S requirements, WMS/systems/materials handling equipment, and providers. What's on offer?
