The role:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Training Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you will provide on-the-ground support, coaching, and mentoring to employees and line management on the site's Training Management System. You will support and enhance the site's training standards, ensuring industry best practices and compliance. Your technical capabilities in Microsoft Office and experience with training system interfaces will be essential in developing training tools, including e-learning, simulation programs, and site training packages.
About you:
Previous experience in a Coal Handling Preparation Plant or Maintenance department will be highly regarded.
Experience in Open Cut Mining Environments or similar.
Hold a Certificate in Training and Assessment.
Sound understanding of training systems and programs.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self-starter with strong initiative.
