We are seeking candidateswho are looking for an exciting careerchangeto workwith a Global leader for quality and integrity. Job Description As a Training Officer based in Newcastle, you will be responsible but not limited to: Carry out and provide training and support to the SGS Newcastle laboratory, covering laboratory and preparation procedures. Liaise with the EMS Quality Manager and EMS Training Coordinator, Preparation/ Laboratory Production Supervisors on training requirements. Perform on the job task and process assessments, working in conjunction with the National Training coordinator and the National Quality Manager in the EMS Training Team Assist with the investigation, development and implementation of new technologies, methods and techniques to further SGS development in line with business objectives and instrumentation if required. Work with the each site supervisor(s), leading hands and managers to develop IDP for each new and existing employees Qualifications Successful candidate should have the following: Appropriate experience in sampling, sample preparation and analysis techniques for coal Knowledge of quality management system and NATA accreditation requirements Be willing to undergo further studies to obtain certification in Training / Assessment, also the Cert 3 and 4 for Laboratory Skills if required.
