This contract will see you over the Christmas period and into the new year, with possible extension! Hybrid working model with some of the week from the Brisbane CBD office and other days working from home.
This role is on the Unify program at the Department of Youth, Justice and Multicultural Affairs. You will join a team of training professionals on a program that is driven by child protection and youth justice reforms and making significant positive impact in the community.
The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver high quality, learner centric blended learning training materials for the Unify Program to support the successful implementation of multiple products for the Unify Program.
In this role you will: Conceptualise, design and develop high quality blended learning artefacts Design high quality learner-centric digital learning experiences and resources (courseware and simulations using Articulate Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate or similar authoring tool) Design and deliver activities for virtual instructor-led training. You will have: Demonstrated capability to develop and deliver contemporary high-quality blended learning for complex ICT programs with the aim to facilitate adoption of change within large cohorts. Including:Developing blended learning artefactsDesigning learner centric digital experiences and resources (using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate or similar)Designing virtual instructor-led trainingDelivering virtual instructor-led training (through MS Teams).Strong analytical and conceptual skills to be used to conduct detailed Training Needs Analyses to establish learner profiles, training plan and scope of the curriculum.Queensland based candidates only.
