Company Description Pact's Contract Manufacturing division manufactures across laundry, household cleaning, car care, pest control, edible oils, air care and pet cleaning categories.

Our new Horsley Park site has installed a state-of-the-art high speed filling lines to enable faster production in manufacturing Household and Laundry care products with a capacity to fill approximately 14,000 bottles per hour.
Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Training Officer to join our team on site at Horsley Park.
As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing ,developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance  specifically with competency in Health and Safety, Quality and operations.
Specifically you will: Be responsible for the overall co-coordination of the Training system for the PCM division, Ensure all Pact, Contractor and visitor induction is current and managed through onLocation software for the division.
Ensure all PCM sites have site orientation completed for all personnel as per the training matrix.
Create training and competency assessment material in the designated format and database.
Deliver training and conduct assessments on all sites as needed, Maintain training programs, matrix & schedules which include all external training, Pact Safe, site specific and job specific procedures.
Ensuring all personnel are identified and a training gap analysis is completed, Co-ordinate all external training, Liaise with other personnel conducting training and assessing, Ensure all training is captured and filed electronically as per site specific requirements.
Qualifications Certificate IV Training and Assessing Some experience in similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Familiar with Quality Systems, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, TGA PIC/s, SQF.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Project Management) Additional Information About us Our vision is to lead the circular economy through packaging, reuse and recycling solutions.
