About your new role:
As a key member of the team, some of the duties will include but won't be limited to:

Managing the training onboarding, providing refresher training and training as requiredEnsuring that all training is currentReviewing and updating of training recordsCreating e-learning modulesFacilitating of trainingCreating assessment questionsAbout you: Experience working in or within food manufacturing or related FMCG manufacturing environmentAbility to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholdersExperience in facilitating training sessionsA flexible approach to work and willingness to work at various times to capture all shift patternsVery well organised and can work autonomously and able to meet tight deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
