The Training Manager provides the leadership to ensure that North Regional TAFE's delivery of vocational education and training complies with Standards for RTOs. The position is also responsible for the effective management of the training area's human, physical and financial resources and the achievement of key business outcomes and quality performance indicators.
These positions are required to travel throughout the Kimberley region including travel to remote communities.
To be successful in this role you will have strong management skills and will ideally have experience working in the training sector.
You will have the skills to:
Provide leadership and manage the performance and development of lecturing staff to ensure that the delivery of training programs reflects best practice and maximises student achievement. Manage the human, financial and physical resources for program delivery within the areas of responsibility. Identify the training needs of existing and prospective clients are met and works collaboratively in the sharing of human capital cross campuses to meet client requirements.
