By building partnerships and prioritizing efficiency, Tenssor Energy works to make renewable energy accessible, effective, and impactful for communities and businesses.We are seeking passionate, skilled innovators to drive breakthroughs in our Energy Innovation project.Your RoleAs the Training Manager (or Head of Learning & Development), you will lead the design, development, and delivery of educational programs focused on renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, and energy storage solutions. You will be responsible for creating and implementing training courses and certifications that support client and workforce education, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled talent pool in the renewable energy sector. Overseeing a team of trainers, you will coordinate both virtual and in-person training initiatives and partner with key stakeholders, including energy companies, government bodies, and educational institutions, to expand the reach and impact of energy education.In this role, your focus on instructional design, client engagement, and program effectiveness will be instrumental in shaping a culture of learning within the organization and the broader industry.
