Join Yanchep Institute (RTO No 52780) and become part of our highly experienced training team. We are seeking applications from experienced training managers who have a strong commitment to managing quality training in a supportive and professional manner.
In this role, you will be required to manage Yanchep Institute's current and future training programs, trainers, and students in accordance with Yanchep Institute Policies and Procedures and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations. The position is permanent part-time.
Applicants must:
have a strong passion for Vocational Training have a proven track record as a training or operations manager within an RTO hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or above have experience working with disengaged and troubled youth have experience working with culturally diverse clients high level proficiency in IT skills excellent written and verbal communication skills knowledge and experience of online, face-to-face, and blended training delivery modes a current Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one *Applicants who also hold a business qualification will be highly regarded.
