You will collaborate closely with regional counterparts and the Global Head of Risk Training in the development and implementation of the Global Risk Training Program. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project management lifecycle for risk training, including but not limited to stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and the analysis of data & analytics for delivered training modules. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain robust stakeholder relationships to foster risk maturity within the Group. What you offer Demonstrable experience in risk & compliance training design, ideally within the Financial Services sector. Proven capability in maintaining and executing a training plan, along with assisting in the development of training materials, including online courses. Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and influence outcomes. Project Management skills are desirable, demonstrated through formal certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or proven experience in managing projects effectively.
