You will play a key role in designing initiatives to support the launch of new products for investors, including coordination with third-party managers. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will also oversee change management, implement new processes, and help operationalise new capabilities to expand our product suite.Key Responsibilities:Inducting and onboarding new employees into the Asset Management Division.Developing and executing a robust training framework.Creating detailed training plans and sourcing specialist resources for specific sections.Managing stakeholders to ensure processes are followed and approvals are obtained before rolling out new training programs.Reviewing and enhancing current policies and processes to improve quality and customer experience.Delivering training via 1:1 coaching and group sessions to boost performance and engagement.Implementing customer centric training programs using innovative and engaging techniques.About You:Experience in training and facilitation (advantageous but not essential).Degree/Diploma in a relevant business discipline.Strong business acumen and industry awareness.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Solid understanding of training and development principles.Why Work with Us:Flexible working arrangements.Option to purchase additional leave.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Training and development opportunities.Social events and retail discounts through Reward Gateway.We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
