Training Manager

To address these, the Australian Federal Government has allocated substantial funding for a comprehensive IT upgrade aimed at enhancing system functionality, responsiveness, and risk management capabilities.
This multi-year transformation program will be delivered by a large, multidisciplinary team and demands specialised ICT and professional service expertise to ensure success.
What we're looking for:We are seeking an experienced Training Manager with a strong background in designing user-focused training programs, including the use of innovative media to enhance outcomes. The ideal candidate excels in developing training strategies, engaging stakeholders, and delivering non-technical materials that effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Proven leadership in guiding teams and aligning training objectives with program outcomes is essential for success in this role.
