Training Lead Salesforce Implementation 12 Months Max-Term - Transfer to Permanent UGL is seeking a skilled Training Lead to guide our organisation through the implementation of Salesforce.
This is a 12 month max term role working out of our Brisbane office with the plan to transfer to a permanent position at the end of the term.

About the role As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement change management strategies, manage significant training initiatives, and ensure a seamless transition for end users.

Key responsibilities Development and execution of a robust change management strategy focused on maximizing adoption and minimizing resistance.
Continuous stakeholder engagement to manage expectations and address potential concerns.
Communication planning for effective dissemination of information regarding system implementation.
Assessment of the impact of our new CRM system on teams, workflows, and processes for strategic adjustments.
Design and execution of a training strategy catering to various user groups and evaluation of training effectiveness and implementation of improvements.
Training of trainers for future internal training needs and across other commercial focused systems.
About you Experience in a similar role with change management, training program design, and ideally Salesforce.
Exceptional analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for collaborating with all stakeholders across the business.
Self-motivated, eager to get your hands dirty and share knowledge.
