Training Lead (Cerner – Health)

I am proud to be partnering with this leading Healthcare Provider to recruit an experienced Training & Adoption Lead to facilitate the delivery of training documentation, guides, videos and in-person sessions to embed the end-to-end use of the Oracle Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system as part of an EMR rollout to a new Day Surgery Unit at one of Brisbane's leading Hospital.
This is an initial day rate contract until June 2025 + likely extensions based in Brisbane's CBD.
Key tasks / responsibilities:

Development and delivery of appropriate and relevant training collateral, enabling an uplift in skills for clinical and administrative staff in best practice use of an EMR system; Coordination, planning and execution of training delivery for implementation of new ICT systems and uplift of existing systems; Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organise and write training facilitator guides, quick reference guides, training videos and other relevant training documentation; Development of change management strategies, plans and activities to deliver successful adoption of existing and new ICT systems; Assistance with benefits realisation planning; and Prepare, review, revise and maintain process documentation, user guides, FAQs and procedure manuals.
About you:
High level of experience in developing and delivering training and adoption within a clinical environment – specifically EMR; High level of interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, oral and written communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve tangible improvements in training and adoption service quality; Demonstrated success in designing, implementing and embedding multimodal learning collateral (Camtasia experience or similar preferred); Demonstrated understanding of RPL development, tracking and delivery; Proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent priorities; Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision; and Strong customer focus.
