To start ASAP | Initially contracted until March 2025 Local Government in the Southeast | Full-time | $59.58 per hour + super Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment | Using ADDIE model to design and deliver training About the Company:Our client, a local government authority in the southeast, is looking for a Training and Implementation Officer to join their People and Culture team. This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to support the One Council initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Utilize the ADDIE model to design, deliver, and evaluate training content.Facilitate engaging training sessions using a mix of e-learning, classroom, and virtual methods.Conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions to empower subject matter experts across the organization.Collaborate closely with project and change management teams to support seamless program adoption.Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.About You:Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent.Proven track record in delivering training for IT transformation projects, such as ERP or CRM implementations.Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
