Training Implementation Officer

Our client, a well regarded organization based in the South East of Melbourne, is seeking a Training Officer to join a major ERP implementation.
You will be working with key stakeholders to identify training needs and strategies, contribute to the development and implementation to the organization.
As such you will need:
Experience in developing and implementing training programs (ERP/CRM)Experience in training delivery and evaluationExperience with online and E-LearningStrong written and verbal communication skillsData analysis skillsChange management experienceTraining and facilitating skillsDemonstrated experience in developing, designing and facilitating trainingThis is a great opportunity to work on a large program, in a great team environment on a day rate contract, in a hybrid working model.
