Constantly scan the market for best practice training techniques and systems for lifting Sales and Customer experience capability In partnership with the Learning and Development Lead, develop and deploy programs to uplift capability and create talent pools ahead of roles bing available across iSelect. Assist the Learning and Development Lead in identifying training interventions for top talent retention plans across the organisation.
