Training Facilitator

About the CompanyWe are looking for a Training Facilitator to join a NSW government department in Sydney CBD.
This is a 8 week contract paying $720 per day + super.
This role is full time in the office.
About the Role Deliver high quality training and support online.Implement support strategies that prepare and support to successfully deliver online.Undertake evaluations and analyse outcomes to ensure objectives are being met and to identify opportunities for improvements.Ensure all participants are provided with the relevant materials and support to ensure high quality learning outcomes.Provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely advice to senior managers and report regularly on progress and achievements.Skills & Experience Proven ability to liaise and negotiate with a range of stakeholders and work collaboratively within and across teams.High level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and experience in the preparation of documents including training materials.Capacity to harness technology to develop and deliver innovative programs.Proven ability to deliver training for online assessments.Experience in education in government and/or non-government sectors is desirable.How to ApplyClick APPLY if you are interested.
