Join Our Training Team as a Training Facilitator Full time or Part time At St John Ambulance Tasmania we are a self-funded, purpose driven organisation making the Tasmanian community safer through first aid for over one hundred years. Facilitators are responsible for the delivery of a range of accredited and non-accredited training to corporate and public customers. We deliver training in First-Aid, CPR, Advanced Resuscitation, Low Voltage rescue and much more. All courses are delivered in accordance with St John training frameworks, national quality standards, and organisational policies, procedures and protocols.
The successful candidate will have: • Ability to understand and empathise with a voluntary based organisation and its culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve results.
• Skill in cultivating productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated personal drive, positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to organisational values.
• Understanding of VET and RTO requirements
• Flexibility with start and finish times and travel intrastate when required
• You will hold a minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) or equivalent and have demonstrated experience delivering accredited training in an RTO environment, as well as a passion for first aid and developing others.

A satisfactory National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Employee/NDIS) is an essential requirement for working with St John Ambulance.
