The team forms part of the greater Service and Support team for both immersive and desktop training capabilities, bench level repair support and other training equipment which will continue to grow throughout 2025. The RDA FSR team are a group of supportive and hardworking individuals who have become technical experts of the Boxer CRV suite. The majority of the team represent RDA in the field and engage directly with our customer and other stakeholders.About the RoleThe Rheinmetall Training Equipment Field Service Representatives are responsible for providing maintenance and advisory services for Training Equipment both desktop and immersive simulators, and delivering reliable, high quality and timely service support to our customer. The roles are Australia wide with locations in Brisbane Greater area, Townsville, Puckapunyal and Bandiana.As Test Equipment Field Service Representative, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:Working at various sites to conduct, assist and or supervise in diagnosis and repairs on RDA supported Training Equipment;Documenting/reviewing customer service requests in the RDA MMS;Being the face of the Rheinmetall brand when engaging with customers/stakeholders;Checking and monitoring the repair progress of supported Equipment;Checking and resolving requests for warranty settlement;Providing System Administration Services as a subject matter expert on Rheinmetall products;Undertaking Acceptance and documentation of technical inquiries from the customer/end user;Performing technical investigations associated with faults or damages of equipment;Preparing reports associated with technical investigations, including technical inspection reports or technical briefs; andFulfilling other duties and responsibilities that may be required as determined with Line Manager from time to time.WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVEWhat are we looking for?Rheinmetall seeks applicants who exemplify our Company's values of Safety, Partnering, Openness, Respect and Trust (SPORT).
