Asia Pacific Japan (APJ)

team as

Training & Education Manager, APJ Ultrasound

to

develop and execute a comprehensive sales training and education strategy for Ultrasound in the APJ Region .

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will design and implement effective training and education programs for the APJ region to strengthen capabilities of sales and clinical teams in the areas of selling skills, clinical knowledge, product knowledge and tools/resources available to support customer discussions.You will identify skills or knowledge gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address, measure and improve comprehension, application, and competence.You will oversee efficient and effective training sessions across APJ locations.You will monitor and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.You will manage the APJ training budget efficiently while maintaining high standards.You will partner with internal stakeholders, training partners and customers in the regions.You will take part in the knowledge exchange with our R&D team to improve and further develop our systems and software solutions.You will provide content to Siemens Healthineers Multimodality and Enterprise Sales teams to ensure knowledge of latest ultrasound solutions.Your qualifications and experiences:

You hold a successfully completed Degree in Biomedical Engineering/ Radiography/ Sciences or similar.You have several years of relevant clinical ultrasound experience as ultrasound technician, application specialist, product manager, or in a similar role with a proven track record in performing and interpreting ultrasound procedures.You have a proven track record in managing training programs, developing educational materials, and maintaining training records.You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively teaching and training other sonographers, as well as interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).You are willing to learn new software and hardware solutions and to stay up to date with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology.You are willing and flexible to travel up to 50%, including short-term international deployment.Working Location: Australia/ India/ Malaysia/ Singapore (No relocation is required)Our global team:
