They have a rare job opportunity available for a dynamic Training & Development professional in a permanent Full-Time capacity, to join their Adelaide Head office, located in the northern suburbs.

The Role: As the Training & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in providing accurate and timely HR advice and support to managers and employees in the delivery of the organisation's strategic objectives.
Be prepared for a fast-paced role, providing recruitment and generalist support across the business, and in time will see you develop your HR skills through practical learning.
Your Responsibilities: Provide professional consulting services to business units.
Partner with line managers to manage employment costs and time attendance.
Advise on recruitment lists for selection purposes.
Ensure adherence to applicable legislation and codes of good practice.
Identify and highlight people risks.
Support leadership and culture initiatives.
Overall responsibility for employee relations climate.
Contribute to coaching and education of line managers.
Contribute to conversations linked to organizational structures.
Ensure accuracy of organogram and people data.
Contribute to development and management of budgets.
Support all audit processes, including compliance with ISO requirements.
What you'll need to succeed: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology.
3 years HR Advisory experience.
MS Office Suite proficiency.
Previous experience of reviewing Payroll and overseeing HR controls.
Ability to contribute and lead in different disciplines within HR, including but not limited to: compensation, organisational development, employee (union relations), diversity, job evaluation, and performance management.
Working knowledge of applicable legislation.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
