This exciting position will support the professional development and training of all Congress staff.
Working closely with the Training and Development Manager, this position will assist in the development of learning pathways, workforce development, and succession planning, strategy and execution.Why Central Australian Aboriginal Congress?Congress has expanded to become the largest Aboriginal community-controlled health organisation in the Northern Territory and is one of the most experienced Aboriginal primary health care services in the country.
