This exciting position will support the professional development and training of all Congress staff. Working closely with the Training and Development Manager, this position will assist in the development of learning pathways, workforce development, and succession planning strategy and execution.

It is a strong political advocate of closing the gap on Aboriginal health disadvantage and is a national leader in improving health outcomes for all Aboriginal people.
