About the role: Reporting to the Training and Development Manager, this role will oversee data entry to ensure all records are accurate and up to date in preparation for our HRIS project. As we move closer toward the project another important focus of this role will be assisting with training queries and compliance processes.
Responsibilities Accurate data entry of all learning records. Supporting stakeholders with administrative tasks such as reports, and compliance activities. Provide timely and effective customer service in relation to training and development queries. Identify continuous improvements to enhance and streamline our processes Provide support for new user setup, manage password resets, and serve as an escalation point for LMS issues Assist with the preparation of user guides Other ad hoc duties as they arise You will bring A great attitude combined with a collaborative work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and good excel skills Attention to detail with previous experience with data entry Good time management with ability to prioritize tasks as urgencies arise We foster a warm supportive culture grounded in our values: Safety, Customer Service, People and Community and Innovation.
