Training Delivery and Support Officer - 18 month contract - WFH Baseline clearance - Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth - WFH Create and deliver effective training content - Flexible work arrangements Our client, a Federal Government commission based in Sydney, NSW, requires an experienced professional for a long 18-month contract.

You will facilitate meaningful interactions and ensure that staff and external users are fully equipped to implement the changes.

Drive training content creation, delivery, and continuous evolution to develop and embed new practices, procedures, and processes.

Duties
Create and deliver effective training content that supports staff in implementing the new systems and procedures.
Respond to stakeholder queries regarding the new systems, ensuring clarity and alignment with program goals.
Design and facilitate training sessions for internal staff and external stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to adapt to implemented systems, portals, and processes.
Continuously update and refine training materials to keep them relevant to the ongoing needs of users.
Develop standard procedures, practices, and processes for changes.
While part of a small Learning & Development (L&D) team, the role requires working independently, proactively, and collaboratively.
Build and sustain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Establish clear plans and timeframes for project implementation.
Selection Criteria
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable but not essential.
Experience with platforms such as LearnHub or Rise360 for content development and release is highly desirable.
A working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
Designing user-focused training including the application of innovative media to achieve better training is preferred.
Previous experience in learning and development, especially within Government environments and/or large-scale programs is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ongoing training activities over time.
