About the Role: Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in enhancing training delivery and support?
We are recruiting an experienced Training Delivery and Support Officer to design and implement comprehensive training solutions.
This Learning and Developer Officer role is integral to the success of our training and learning initiatives, ensuring that staff and users are well-prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and procedures.
In this senior role, you will independently manage training sessions, respond to user needs, and create a positive learning experience that aligns with organisational goals.
You'll have the autonomy to shape content, lead sessions, and support a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver user-focused training materials that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
Deliver effective training content that supports staff in implementing the systems and procedures introduced Respond to stakeholder queries regarding the new systems, ensuring clarity Design and facilitate engaging training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously improve training materials to meet evolving organisational needs.
Act as a key point of contact for training-related queries, ensuring clear communication and support.
Work collaboratively to develop consistent training procedures and processes.
Lead training initiatives independently, driving impactful results with minimal supervision.
Key Experience Required: Proven experience in a Trainer, Training Officer, L&D Officer, Learning and Developer Officer role Proven experience in creating and delivering training Demonstrated experience in designing user-focused training including the application of innovative media to achieve better training outcomes.
Experienced ideally within a large-scale or governmental environment.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
Strong capabilities in training strategy, stakeholder engagement, and delivery scheduling.
Proficiency in conveying complex ideas in a clear, accessible manner.
A proactive approach to leading training initiatives and guiding teams toward training objectives.
Experience with platforms such as LearnHub or Rise360 for content development and release is highly desirable Desirable Skills: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Some knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
