About the Role
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Training Coordinator, Resources & Mapping to join the Risk Assurance team at our Loy Yang A Power Station in Traralgon.
Reporting to the Training & Competency Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of our trainees and employees across the site.
You will have an amazing opportunity to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders across our Power Station & Mine as well as external contractors and communities.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Reviewing and as necessary, updating learning resources for site operations.
Working with the Loy Yang document controller to ensure training files and folders in the AEL are up to date and accessible to training staff as required.
Review and update of training resources, for both mine and station, with the goal of alignment of AGL learning modules with appropriate Nationally accredited training packages.
Providing comprehensive record keeping and reporting.
Develop Training Plans as required.
Report any concerns regarding trainee progress to relevant business unit leaders.
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
Cert IV in Training and Assessment Experience in use of Training Management and Learning Management systems.
Experience working in a training and assessment compliance focused role.
A high level of proficiency in the range of administration skills, in particular reporting, data entry and record keeping.
A high level of proficiency in the use of IT systems, particularly Excel, SAP, document management systems and LMS systems are highly regarded.
Proven initiative and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, schedule own work, manage diaries, work with minimal guidance and meet tight timelines.
