About Us RelyOn Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in ESI training and electrical consulting services. We develop essential electrical skills, safety leadership and compliance services across renewable and thermal generation, transmission, distribution and rail networks, infrastructure, HV operations, control room and the power grid interface.

The Role We are seeking a Training Coordinator – Projects to support the coordination of project activities. This role involves frequent interstate travel to assist in developing milestone schedules aligned with project management plans. Key responsibilities include managing resource requirements (both human and physical), overseeing facilities and equipment, and preparing clear project summary reports for management.
Responsibilities: Resource allocation on new and existing projects to deliver on client KPI's.Daily communication and collaboration with training operations, training delivery, management and external stakeholders.Progression of works in progress pipeline to align with internal forecasts.Monitoring and tracking of project related costs and revenue.Carry out project quality audits against project documents, practices and processes to inform continuous improvement.Complete all required project reporting to stakeholders in line with project scope, objectives and deliverables. Ensure adherence to processes, timely communication and distribution of relevant documents to key stakeholders.Ensure internal and external stakeholders are provided with appropriate materials and data to achieve project completion.Receive, dispatch work and monitor deadlines against approved project plans. Provide on-site administrative support to field staff and trainers to meet client needs. This will require interstate travel. Develop training schedules, monitor and track progress against the schedules.Liaise with field staff and trainers to ensure timely service delivery and then feedback to clients as required through the databases/emails.Gather, analyse and distribute feedback from clients regarding the needs and the quality of our training related projects.Book flights, accommodation, car hire for project related stakeholders (trainers, management, staff, external clients) a timely manner. Book venue's (in VIC and other states), for training to be conducted by RelyOn. Raise Purchase Order's for any upfront orders and received itineraries. Undertake other general and administrative tasks as required.Establish, monitor and track approved facilities and equipment maintenance schedules.Review and maintain equipment asset registers and databases to ensure accuracy. Order equipment as and when required for projects.You must have:
Basic to intermediate project management skills and competencies.A high attention to detail. Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A commitment to quality and getting things done right.Strong co-ordination and problem-solving skills.Be able to use initiative and to work independently with minimal supervision and also in a team environment.Professional presentation and high level of communication skills.Flexibility to travel.Willingness to work in a team where accountability is shared. You may have:
RTO experience (preferred not essential).Effective stakeholder engagement.Records processing and use of Learning and Student Management Systems. Previous experience in Project Coordination and Administration functions. An understanding of the Australian Energy Industry (preferred not essential).Knowledge of project management tools and software.Qualifications:
