The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the ongoing coordination and facilitation of training activity within the multiple business units for Crown Perth.This includes the administration, support and reporting of Induction Programs, Online Training Modules, Onboarding & Employee Care, Service Initiatives, System & Process Compliance and Technical Skill Development.Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract on a part time basis (2 days per week) - We can be flexible on which days.Key Responsibilities:Tracking time and attendanceUploading certificates, licenses, and qualificationsCoordinating room bookingsConducting ordering for resources to support the Crown CollegeCreating and maintaining work instructions for the L&D DepartmentAnswering frontline queries, including supporting the L&D inboxAbout youStrong Customer Service ExperienceExperience in the hospitality sectorStrong knowledge of hotel operating systemsExperience in a Training or HR environment (preferred)Facilitating training sessions for diverse groups (preferred)Ability to recognize skills gaps and identify appropriate training solutionsDemonstrated experience in coordinating projects, priorities and resources to deliver business outcomesExperience working with internal and external customersStrong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suite of productsAdditional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
