Core Talent is an Australian owned specialist recruitment consultancy covering Engineering, Rail, Mining, Construction and Manufacturing across Australia.
We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our client's team in a permanent capacity , and support them in the delivery of their projects in Albany.
This is a critical position for our client, so they will be interviewing straight away.

Benefits Permanent Opportunity Very successful company with an excellent reputation within the industry Join an industry leader About the role To create dynamic, engaging, and innovative learning and development frameworks and initiatives for the team and ensure all training is current and up to date with industry standards.
Duties Implement a quality training framework for all relevant learning activities.
Develop, review, and assess training programs, processes, and key performance indicators to ensure they align with strategic goals.
Suggest modifications to training providers or programs for management review, emphasizing cost, location, course content, and their capacity to meet established KPIs.
Offer on-site assistance to managers and supervisors with training needs and information requests.
Offer consistent and in-depth support to internal and external stakeholders in establishing training objectives.
Skills and Experience Experience in a similar position Circa 4 years of demonstrated experience in a training role or similar, focusing on e-learning platforms, course design, and delivery.
Background in the rail, transportation, or infrastructure sectors, or comparable fields - Ideal.
Required Previous experience in a similar role in the training environment Tertiary Qualification in Education/Training OR minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Quality Auditing Certification - Advantageous Full Australian Working Rights - Essential Culture Working within a small and friendly team, this client prides themselves on their positive office environment.
