Mid West Ports Authority (MWPA) provides an essential service, connecting regional Australia to national and international markets as a specialist port catering to boutique and diverse operations.
MWPA operates seven (7) commercial berths and critical marine and land assets which enables the facilitation of trade for the Mid West region, exporting a variety of products including iron ore, grains, mineral sands, non-mineral sands and mineral concentrates.
The Port also imports fuel, fertiliser and break bulk cargo.

About the Role To provide a dedicated MWPA Trainer and Training Coordinator and support MWPA learning and development needs.
About You Key Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
5+ years in Mining, Processing, Operational, Training, Rail or Maritime experience.
Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Demonstrated experience in similar role.
Demonstrated experience with training management, record keeping and reporting.
Ability to train small groups.
Demonstrated experience in prioritising and managing concurrent tasks.
Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and control systems.
High standard of personal integrity and professionalism.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
