Training Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a secure role with an established and growing mining operator.
The company has been in operation for over 25 years and has seen significant growth over the last 2 years. They currently have a large open cut mine in regional Victoria with another 2 large contracts in the pipeline.
Your role: Further develop training plans for operators. Provide recommendations for training modules. Evaluate operators' competence by liaising with management and schedule and coordinate training respectively. Work within a team environment to provide an enjoyable learning environment. About you: Have experience as a trainer/ training coordinator. Have experience within the Australian mining sector. Be able to work within a team environment. Have Cert IV in training & assessing. Experience as an operator with the mining sector (ideally surface gear). On offer: 7&7 roster. Excellent facilities on site, gym with PT's, basketball court, bar, chill out area. Everyone has their own room- new facilities. 5 weeks annual leave each year. Long term secure employment with a growing business.
