Training Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a secure role with an established and growing mining operator.The company has been in operation for over 25 years and has seen significant growth over the last 2 years. They currently have a large open cut mine in regional Victoria with another 2 large contracts in the pipeline.Your role:Further develop training plans for operators.Provide recommendations for training modules.Evaluate operators' competence by liaising with management and schedule and coordinate training respectively.Work within a team environment to provide an enjoyable learning environment.About you:Have experience as a trainer/ training coordinator.Have experience within the Australian mining sector.Be able to work within a team environment.Have Cert IV in training & assessing.Experience as an operator with the mining sector (ideally surface gear).On offer:7&7 roster.Excellent facilities on site, gym with PT's, basketball court, bar, chill out area.Everyone has their own room- new facilities.5 weeks annual leave each year.Long term secure employment with a growing business.To apply, or for more information, please call Ross Dalton on 0401 601 965, send a copy of your resume to ****** or apply below.
